Integration with Plaid

Client uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather End User’s data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant Client and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into https://admin.nearbynow.co and going to the Profile page.

a. How We Collect, Use, and Disclose your Personal Information. We collect some personal information from customers or client customer's in order to facility a review request. We share a limited subset of this information (the customer's chosen nickname) via our API and public profiles. Nearby Now uses uses cookies, including advertising cookies, as described in our Cookies Policy section above.

b. Your CCPA Rights and Choices. As a California consumer and subject to certain limitations under the CCPA, you have choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information:

Exercising the right to know. You may request, up to twice in a 12-month period, the following information about the personal information we have collected about you during the past 12 months:
- the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information;
- the business or commercial purpose for which we collected the personal information;
- the categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information; and

Exercising the right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain limitations under applicable law.

If you are a Customer of a Nearby Now client, please direct your requests directly to the Nearby Now client with whom you shared your personal information.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
