Technician very knowledgeable and courteous. Able to answer all my questions. However, the labor cost to replace the coil was $1200. This is ridiculous and a complete rip-off. But we need cool air in the Texas summer and the owners of this company take full advantage of this and gauge their customers. Not cool!
