Repaired a gas furnace near new Philadelphia Ohio. Has a defective plenum limit on a Concord gas heater. Replaced the limit on the natural gas furnace and replaced the filter. System is running at this time but the return air drop which was put on by another hvac company is incorrect. Per installation of the natural gas furnace return drop can only be hooked up on the sides or bottom. Recommended customer reach out to the other hvac heating and cooling company .
