Our air-conditioner has been making a rattling noise as it turns off for several weeks now. Not only have the service technicians been unable to figure out the problem, but we were told we were on the schedule and they didn't show up. Then, instead of doing a check up, which we were due for under our service contract, which would have been covered under the contract, we were charged for the visit and the problem was not corrected. We are now waiting for the company to call back, so yet a fourth visit can be made determine and rectify the problem.

The phone contact is always polite and efficient. The service providers that usually come here are Dan C., another Dan and Ryan S., and they are all excellent. They have helped us above and beyond, and last spring Ryan even discovered a plumbing leak in the furnace room. We called a plumber, who replaced a leaking copper pipe, which would soon have burst. We recommend both these guys highly.
