I have been a customer for 3 years and have received excellent service for my heat pump. I am on their Comfort Plan which covers twice yearly servicing and gives a discount on any repairs for a nominal cost of $20/month. The regular service helps prevent issues. I had an issue initially with my heat pump which prompted starting business with them. They were prompt and very fair in fixing the issue. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all their staff.
