Air conditioning was out on a 95 degree day and Mike came out and had my unit back up quickly. A very pleasant guy and explained what he was doing and he didn't seem to mind all my questions. The service men are always professional and kind. The concern is the number of repair problems needed within the first 6 months on a new system. When it was discovered we needed a new system, you sales technician really pumped up your product. I have to admit that we are disappointed in the units performance thus far.

Casey provide excellent customer service in a professional manner. He quickly diagnosed our heating/air problem and explained the issue in detail. The faulty part had to be ordered. Casey returned to install the part and during the visit was extremely helpful and professional. Casey provided excellent service and if we have future issues hope that he is our service technician.
