Mike came out after hours on a Saturday evening when our regular company wouldn't-we were freezing. He was very professional and thoroughly checked the whole system after diagnosing and fixing the issue. The total repair bill was less than half of what another company was going to charge me, if they could "squeeze" me in their schedule. These are honest, fair, good people with outstanding service. The person who answered my after hours call was a delight and genuinely concerned about my heating issue. 72 Degrees just earned another regular customer! Thank you!!!
