Jamall from A-1 Certified Service was on time, and called me to let me know he was en route which was very helpful. He was very thorough investigating the problem with my HVAC and did a great job figuring out the issue and providing me with my options. I really appreciated him being able to fix my unit, instead of trying to just sell me a new one which would have been harder on me financially. He was very polite, efficient and qualified. I am very happy with the service and result!
