I am a skilled professional that works for a AC & Heat Solutions company. I recently completed an HVAC heating service call for a customer. The customer had a American standard heating and cooling heat pump system that was not heating properly. I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of the system. I found that the filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. I also cleaned the condenser and checked the system for safety and heating performance. After completing the repairs, the customer was happy with the results and thanked me for my service.

I was called to a home to repair a Carrier air-conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the system was not cooling properly. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and recharged the system with refrigerant. The system was now cooling properly, and the customer was happy with the service.
