Mike did a thorough job to correct the issue. But the problem was created by the previous Technician who can three days prior for standard maintenance check. He disconnected the wire to the motor/fan and didn’t reconnect it, causing the furnace to overheat and cut itself off with built in safety mechanism.

Always great service. Always services my unit quickly, especially when I've had problems. Appreciate getting the heat working when it's gone out during a cold spell or fixing the AC during Summer heat. I like that the same technician is always sent to my house. Great service.
