Serviced mini-split system showing insufficient cooling. Found condenser fins 80% blocked by pollen and debris. Thoroughly cleaned outdoor coil, checked refrigerant pressures (410 PSI high side/125 PSI low side), and verified proper subcooling at 10°F. Indoor temperature now dropping appropriately.
Replaced worn contactors on both stages of Amana heat pump showing intermittent cooling issues. Measured contact resistance on original components at 1.3Ω, indicating significant pitting. New contactors tested at 0.2Ω with proper pull-in voltage. System now cycling correctly through both stages.
Performed AC tune-up on Carrier system earlier this year.

A service call was performed to repair a unit with no cool. The 35/5 capacitor was replaced the repair the unit.
