Performed AC tune-up on Carrier system earlier this year.
Performed AC tune-up on Amana heating and air conditioning systems that we installed for one of our loyal maintenance agreement customers.
Performed both heat and cool tuneup on ICP systems and replaced capacitor with new American made part - capacitor comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. No other issues noted at this time.
Performed an AC tune-up on a Goodman and cleaned the condenser coil.
Replaced the evaporator coil under warranty and redid the flue pipe.
Performed a leak search on the main level unit and found a leak in the evaporator coil
Performed a service call for water in the basement and replaced the condensate pump under warranty to repair the Trane system.
Performed an AC tune-up on 2 Trane systems. Cleared the drain on the upstairs Trane and added cleaner to the Trane on the main level. Added 4 pounds of 410A refrigerant to the main level Trane system under warranty.
A service call was performed to repair a unit with no cool. The 35/5 capacitor was replaced the repair the unit.
Performed Furnace tune up on two American Standard systems.
