I replaced a malfunctioning Honeywell thermostat with a SmartThermostat in a Woodstock, GA home. The job included disconnecting the old thermostat, reconfiguring the wiring, and setting up Wi-Fi connectivity for remote access. I completed maintenance on an American Standard Gold 95v variable-speed furnace. The blower motor was inspected and oiled, while the burners were cleaned to remove soot buildup. I repaired a Goodman GMVC96 gas furnace experiencing overheating due to a dirty heat exchanger.
