Installing this new Amana 14 seer 3 ton central heat pump for upstairs level. New system has a limited 10 year parts warranty to registered home owner. We have been installing Amana equipment for over 12 years. Best warranties in the business. Actually stand behind their parts when and if they fail. Lifetime compressor warranty on 16 seer and up systems. If the compressor goes out they will warranty the whole outdoor unit and customer just has to pay labor.
