We have had many issues with a local company here in the city of Maricopa (Absolute Air). After months of having to continually contacting the company (not ACE) for assistance of when our parts would be in, we decided to give ACE a try with technician Stuart Myers. Stuart contacted me back immediately after calling for services. He fit us into his schedule the next day (non-emergency), to come and look at our units. During and after the assessment of the units, Stuart took the time to explain all of our options on repairing our unit, as well other options that could benefit our family.
