I had a guy come out from Adkisson Air to install a controller unit to my Gas Fire. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to talk to me and explain what he had installed and why and to teach me how to use the remote that he installed. He arrived when they said he would. In addition, the office called me 15 minutes prior to the call, to let me know that he was on the way.
