What could have been an terrible experience with an insurance claim turned out amazing in part to Jimmy and his amazing team (a referral from Bishop Construction, our contractor). Our insurance approved a gas insert for our fireplace, and they were quick to schedule. Prior to installation, Jimmy visited us to ensure we were happy and the way the gas line was being ran in the most efficient way possible, and that we were satisfied with the insert we selected. On installation day, the team that was sent was amazing! They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Jimmy personally stopped by to check on the process, and made sure we were happy. The four gentlemen made sure at the end that we were happy and completely cleaned up every area that they worked in.
