I was very pleased with the service call. Joe is most personable. I appreciate the fact that he covered his shoes when entering my residence. He explained exactly what he was doing ie turning on the heat and why he was doing it. He asked me more than once if I had any concerns or questions he could answer. He offered one suggestion with no pressure involved. He asked me to consider adding a humidifier to the furnace. I asked “why?” He listed the benefits including comfort, possibly being able to lower heat settings in the winter and protection for the hard wood floors throughout my residence. I asked if it would lower heating bill. He said “that would depend on what temperature I set it at”. He straight out said he does not recommend the humidifier as a cost saver. I appreciated his honesty. When I said I was interested he then calculated a price and explained how he arrived at the figure which included a $50 discount for being a loyal customer.
