Chris was polite, gave us a guaranteed service, and also finished before he even thought he would! Chris has been our "furnace guy" since 2004 when we needed service to our furnace (under a home warranty) at our newly purchased "old" NEW house. I had only planned to replace the central AC but he convinced us to also replace the 20 or so year old furnace and the totally defunct duct work. We didn't even have working cold air returns! No wonder we were paying $300+ a month to stay warm and cool! He gave us a fair price and excellent service. He totally improved the value of our home. I recommend that anybody who needs this service to get an estimate from Chris at Advantage Heating and Cooling! He is on time and very dependable!
