First off let me start by saying Rachelle was extremely kind and helpful with setting up an appointment to have the technician Cesar come out and diagnose my AC problem. When Cesar came out he thoroughly inspected my AC and found the problem with the unit let me add he was very professional and extremely patient explaining every detail in terms I was able to understand as I am not an air-conditioning technician. Cesar was very careful in my home and made sure to treat my home as if it was his own at this point Cesar forwarded all the information to Rachelle and she got back to me with a detailed quote and what was needed to fix my evaporator coil. The price was very reasonable and I did not feel I was being taken advantage of as I did with the previous company that came out to look at my air-conditioning unit Rachelle was also very patient and went over the whole process with me line by line and once I was comfortable she went ahead and scheduled the repair install appointment. On the day of the repair Gustavo and Tavo showed up right on time and let me add they were so very professional and very clean they took their time installing the system very carefully as well as removing the old Evap Coil, both the technicians explained everything to me in great detail as well as being very polite courteous and extremely clean making sure no mess was left behind as a matter of fact I believe they cleaned my attic access better than how they found it. I am so extremely satisfied with Air Comfort and their staff that I am a customer for life. If you were looking for something as simple as a service to a complete installation of a new air conditioner I would recommend Air Comfort to my own mother that’s how honest and professional everyone is that works for this company!
