initial service call was for a noisy inducer motor. replaced inducer motor. two weeks later that motor needed replacing, they came out and replaced it again, then today 1/21/19 that motor needed replacing and they replaced it also. all under warranty, but A/C Engineers had no problem with any of the service calls. Very good company to deal with. I would recommend and have recommended them to many people. All of the service techs are very friendly and personable people.

Excellent service from the scheduler and the technician; neither tried to sell me something I don't need. The technician was prompt, courteous and gave me complete instructions on DIY filter and humidifier line cleaning. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
