The new unit works great! They team showed up on time, communicated well throughout the process and left the area cleaner than they found it. I was also very impressed with the technician taking the time to teach me how to operate the new thermostat. He even let me record him walking through the settings so I could share it with the rest of our team.

This team did a great job! Very friendly and clearly knowledgeable about their job. In fact, my 15 year old son said “I like that guy, you can just tell he knows what he is doing”. At the end of the day, the new thermostat was the only evidence that they had been here.

We were in the market for a new complete Heat and Air system to replace our existing 38 year old floor vented system. 3 other companies had completed a walk through and submitted a quote. I had decided on one of the companies and felt pretty good about my decision. The next day my wife and I attended the Home and Garden show and stopped at Air Flow's booth to talk about insulation for the attic. I spoke to both Scott (the owner) and Tom (sales/technical) and had a good feeling about these 2 guys. I scheduled an appointment and Tom came to my home in Edmond. We went in the attic and looked at the insulation and the vents and returns for a complete system with the idea of running the vents in the attic and doing away with my worn out floor vents and boots. The next day Tom came back with complete details of everything I would need to do the instillation with the right size equipment. The price was right and there wasn't any sales pressure. I decided to use Air Flow and scheduled a start date and time. Unlike many contractors Air Flow was on time and a full crew of 5 guys showed up. The employees were polite and professional. Having said all of this, the bottom line is I have a wonderful new Heat and Air system and an attic with the needed amount of insulation giving me at least an R-38 value. Tom also filled out the paper work and I will be getting a $500 rebate for the insulation and a $550 rebate on the heater. I am very pleased and will recommend this company to family and friends.
