AC Repair Call unit is not cooling. Evaluate system to find defective evaporator motor. Replace motor and unit is now cooling.
AC Repair Call unit leaking water. Evaluate system to find drain line was clogged. Clear drain line and unit is now cooling properly and is no longer leaking water.
