Disappointed that the office cancelled original appointment after I had cancelled a weekly golf game to be home. Not the first time they have called and cancelled to reschedule. Service was one day later. Field personnel are always the best. Mark supplied me with a lot of info on how to care for my equipment.

AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on Tempstar air conditioning split system.
AC Repair Call unit is not cooling. Evaluate system to find defective thermostat. Replace thermostat and unit is now cooling.
