AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on air conditioning split system.

AC Service Call. Install new warranty coil with TXV. Unit is cooling at this time.
AC Service Call unit leaking water. Evaluate system to find drain line was clogged. Cleared drain line and unit is now cooling properly and is no longer leaking water.
Service Call. Installed new UV light system.

AC Service Call unit is noct cooling. Evaluate system to find unit has a freon leak which can not be repaired. Owner would like to replace system. First Company water source air conditioning system will be installed next week.
