AC Maintenance Call. Perform routine maintenance per maintenance agreement on air conditioning split system.
AC Estimate. Estimate to replace air conditioning system.
AC Service Call. Replace valve and unit is now cooling.
AC repair call. Evaluate the system to find it having a defective TXV. Install new TXV and left the system cooling fine at this time.
AC Repair Call unit is not cooling. Evaluate system to find defective condenser motor. Replace motor and unit is now cooling.
