The office staff provided information on what I could check myself prior to setting up the appointment. They contacted me when the technician was on his way. Technician, Everton, was not only courteous, but informative as well. I learned a few things to look out for in the future. Turns out my unit was low on freon which he added. AC is up & running nicely.

Anthony was professional and knowledgeable . As my ac is old he did not pressure for a new one. Gave great advice and info and so I can make decision when it’s time for new one.
