We were notified of an opening today instead of waiting for our appointment tomorrow. Michael arrived within the time frame. He introduced himself and was very courteous. He explained what he was doing. He spoke with my husband by phone to explain his finding and our options. He got us scheduled for an appointment tomorrow for someone to come out and give us an estimate for a new central air and heating system
