Joany was very helpful and explaining condensate drainage. Why was the line not flushed in my last maintenance call? Seems that would have beneficial? Added treatment then ? Please advise if it was neglected then ?

Kelly was great! Listened to me from the beginning. Told me a little about here and here initial "assessment" of prior company issue handling. The first thing Kelly did was look up to see if we had any warranty on our equipment. Kelly foud easily we had a little over 2 years coverage remaining. That would have saved us alot of the $4600 we were charged over the past 2.5 years for 3 visits. Two of the visits were for the same part, which went out 3 weeks after its warranty. Kelly then went on to access our equipment and evaluate if we indeed needed a whole new system. Kelly reassured us plenty of like in the current system with just a few cleaning issues and reg maintenance. I could go on and on... Just let me tell you, Kelly went above and beyond current service personnel we've dealt with. We LOVE her and trust her completely. What a gem and certainly a keeper for your company. Ben Mercer
