Air Now should have notified me in advance, so I would have had the filter available for installation . So I would rate Brandon with 5 Stars but I would rate the management decision regarding the filter situation with a 3 Star rating

I have been off Facebook since October. What a sad state of affairs it is that the first thing I have to post after 3 months is that AirNow did maintenance on my A/C unit today (only because they gave me a free air conditioning maintenance contract when I paid then $4,000 to replace my attic ductwork in July). They came today for the first service and were here for over two hours. Within 30 minutes the technician told me I needed a new MFD Dual Capacitor for $195.00. I told him my A/C company I usually use for maintenance was here and did maintenance in July and found no problems. I asked him if it was broken. He said it was corroded. When he left he gave me an estimate for an additional $849 in additional parts I needed. I called my very trustworthy A/C company I usually use,Ty's A/C Services and asked him to please come and give me a second opinion while apologizing to him for trusting another company because they gave me a "free maintenance contract" for spending $4,000 with them.

Joany provided superior customer service in the diagnosis of the failed blower motor and inspection of the entire system. He showed a lot of patience answering my numerous technical questions about the AC system and operational function. My appointment was from 12 to 4 pm, I stayed home and waited all day. I had a text a little after 4 saying the tech was on his way, no previous communication. I understand there were problems with service trucks all day. I am unhappy with communications, I wasted 4 plus hours waiting while I could have been doing something else and come back home at 4 for the tech.

Service call performed today, checked system operations, heat strips failed and are stuck on, client isn’t able to pay for repair and said to leave the strips disconnected as she has a heat pump. System operations normal.

Diagnosed system found blower motor failed to run. Replaced blower motor under parts and labor warranty, uv bulb and pan treatment. Checked static pressure, coil seems fine, temperature split. System is up and running and working fine at this time.
