Shawn is awesome! Had an issue shorty after installing a new unit in 2019 and Shawn was there immediately to resolve it. Fast forward 4 years later, I have an A/C issue today and Shawn was here to fix it within a few hours of calling for service. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that!

I chose Shawn and Air Patrol AC to replace both my AC units in 2016/2017 respectively. I made this choice based on Shawn’s honest and straightforward approach when I got estimates. I was pleased with the installations and with the service since then. Most recently, my large AC had a fault in July that occurred only once. After turning the AC off and back on, it worked fine. It continued to work without a failure until late August, when the same fault occurred. Shawn personally came to my house with his repairman to diagnose the intermittent issue and fix it. And Shawn did this second call at no charge. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!
