I chose Shawn and Air Patrol AC to replace both my AC units in 2016/2017 respectively. I made this choice based on Shawn’s honest and straightforward approach when I got estimates. I was pleased with the installations and with the service since then. Most recently, my large AC had a fault in July that occurred only once. After turning the AC off and back on, it worked fine. It continued to work without a failure until late August, when the same fault occurred. Shawn personally came to my house with his repairman to diagnose the intermittent issue and fix it. And Shawn did this second call at no charge. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Blake was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the respect he had for me and my house (I.e- rolling up hose after done, informing me attic light was still on, etc) I have been a customer for 5 years now and extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of the front office, techs, and owner.

I appreciate that Air Patrol reminds me each year to keep up to date so that my furnace is safe. They are quick to schedule, actually arrived, early, and worked quickly and cleaned up after.
