Punctual, Polite. and Polished. Came to the door, asked all the questions needed to perform his duty and went about his business. When completed, he covered what he had accomplished, what he had found that needed attention, explained my options, corrected what I authorized, provided a summary, and departed leaving me a clean operating system. This was a picture book service call.
