Service and maintenance on a HVAC Air conditioning system Mold in a system is very unhealthy and will reduce your Indoor Air Quality ( IAQ )
Residential electrical services. The insulation on an outlet should never go into the tensioner screw. Only bare copper is to make contact wit the tensioner screw. This will damage the plug over time and could even be a fire hazard
Residential HVAC air conditioner service call. Newer aluminum evaporator coil seems to have leak.
Residential inspection. Bare metal on ductwork in the attic will condensate and cause water and mold damage
Air conditioning system is leaking water. Found clogged drain line and repaired drain line to drain properly.
