This is not the first time this has happened. It's an older unit, but second time the fan just keeps running and running, even when I turn the thermostat to off. It seems okay, but I am a little afraid of adjusting the temperature.

We are happy with the service by Lucas who was very diligent and precise in his work. We are happy he found the problem with our old Trane. We want to keep it operating as long as possible. We look forward to having him come out again in the Spring. All of your personel are great. We can't recommend you on Google as we do Not have an account with them.

Jackson and Johnny were excellent techs in servicing my unit and thoroughly explaining what they were doing and suggesting what might need to be done. They checked my kitchen lighting that had been installed, and corrected the brightness to my comfort level. Very pleased. Thanks so much!

After troubleshooting my heating system and finding a shorted wire bundle, Jackson and Johnny listened to my concerns and desires before agreeing on a solution that replaced the wire bundle. Both servicemen were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient as they completed the task I had proposed.
