Josh went above and beyond to fix my a/c and in a timely manner. I honestly thought they were going to tell me I had to replace my unit but it ended up being a repair instead. He went out of his way to help me keep the cost down by repairing it instead of replacing it. Their office staff was so helpful getting me scheduled just as soon as possible even during their busiest time of year. She was also very kind and polite. Thanks Ashley!
