I have an older water heater and knew that it was probably a good idea to get it checked out to make sure that things are still in proper working order. Mark was very nice and educated me on what came up. No pressure or frills to sell me stuff I didn't need, he came in and did what was needed. He did catch a few valves that were older and not under code, so I had them replaced but other than that I was not pressured to pay more or buy more than what I first intended to. He was quick and efficient and very friendly throughout the whole process. The best thing is that he came back after he had already left to make sure my gas fireplace was lit since he had shut off the gas. I would have not caught that for months since we hardly use it when it gets warmer out. Great job and reasonable prices from people who are not salespeople but actually repairmen.
