furnace tune up on plan, Brent brought my attention to water heater valve not in code and possible leak/repaired/explained thouroughly/2 days later noticed a funny gas smell/called/prompt return call/Brent discovered another worn out part/replaced and repaired and did not ever suggest that it was my imagination.
