I have been through the ringer with my AC unit! Alco has been a true Blessing! Last year in Aug I had surgery and when I came home the AC was out! Gone!!! I called Alco told the receptionist I had just had surgery I need help!! She sent a tech his name is Sidney!! This happened late in the day! I say this because he stayed and did not give up until this AC Unit was up and running!! This AC unit is old! But Sidney was diligent about having it working before he left! He never said once sorry you need a new unit it’s not fixable!! Not only did he fix it but it never stopped working since!! I’m now on Alco’s yearly plan! And I just had a yearly inspection! By the grace of God I was able to have Sidney come out today for my yearly inspection! Yes I do need a new unit! And I am for sure going getting one Early next year!! There are many AC companies out there! And I’ve been through them all. Alco is by far the best, reliable, and has fair prices out there! Thank You Alco and Sidney for the Excellent Service!!!!

Sidney came to our house after 8pm on a Friday night to fix our A/C issue so we would not have to go all weekend with no A/C in this almost 100 degree heat. He recommended a few options for us and discussed pricing options. He was great to work with! My family and I are are thankful that he went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure we were taken care of! I’m sure he had already had a long day but even at 10:30pm he was incredibly kind and pleasant. The job that he did and more importantly, the way in which he did that job, meant so much to us!

During scheduled semi annual maintenance done by Alco, a leak was detected in a welded connection & the unit was losing freon. Although we were his last appointment of the day, Sidney McKinney, stayed to ensure the repair was done properly. It was about 9:00 p.m. when he left! Long day for him, but so appreciated by us! Alco's service is always thorough & I highly recommend them & Sidney's work.
