Bob was knowledgeable when visited to investigate and provide an estimate. He was also kind to schedule our job a few days just enough to be before the first summer heat/humidity wave, that is highly appreciated. The service guys were on-time on the day of the work. The only complain that we have is their crushing our new fern plants though no blame as installing a heavy equipment in a fairly tight area is not easy. Price for the work seemed reasonable compared to other contractors. Thank you folks for the help.
