Toil will not fill! Automatic toilet fill stuck. Replaced automatic fill valve for toilet.
Toilet repair. Replace fill valve and flapper.
No heat on free standing gas log heater. Pilot assembly replacement is a difficult time consuming repair due to fire calk that needs to be removed to replace anything in a gas log set.
Replace UV bulb in Watts UV water disinfectant system. UV bulb should be replaced every two years. The bulb looses it power after two years.
Water heater tune-up and safety inspection. Check burner and clean assembly check base of chimney and check for proper operation.
Toilet installed by other contractor. Toil leaking and not working. Make manufacture recommended adjustments.
Oil boiler repair, replace nozzle, filter and screen sytem working fine.
