We needed maintenance on both AC units. Alex was incredibly thorough in explaining what he found, including educating me on the UV lights that are in the units. I didn't even know that existed. Alex explained their importance, & asked if I wanted them replaced. Additionally, he noticed the capacitor in one of our units was extremely low, & again, educated me on it's function. Alex was super professional, & truly cared about the service he was providing. Other AC companies we've used in the past were always in a rush to get in & out, & charging an insane amount of money for not even an hour of work. This experience was a huge contrast to what we're used to, & we're very satisfied! Our units are running more efficient than ever! Thank you Alex & Ameritech!
