I was called to a home where the air conditioner was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioner was not producing any cool air. I inspected the unit and found that the fan motor was not working. I replaced the fan motor and the air conditioner started working again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
Replace the condenser fan motor replace the capacitor replace condensing unit. Replace thermostat
Install new American Standard/ Trane gas furnace and new Honeywell thermostat
