We had our new AC installed before it was warm enough out to run it (typical Minnesota situation, lol) so Jake came out to charge it with the correct amount of refrigerant. I was that kful that it was easy to coordinate this service call with the home office and communication was good throughout.

Dave and his team are true pros. We had an issue with the furnace a few days back, one of the coldest nights in Minneapolis, and they promptly came out at 8 pm on a Saturday and fixed the issue. I have them on an anuual maintenance contract and have been really happy with the service.
