Joel, in sales explained what the capabilities of our unit are in understandable terminology. We got a unit that I would call mid-range on the price chart, and the explanation of the new "run" option as opposed to the "auto" option should save us money in the back rooms. Installers we're courteous, picked up all trash, and locked the gate behind them.
