It all started with the office staff. When I explained my situation that another guy was saying it was the induce motor or a whole new furnace and I didn't know what to do, the office lady reassured me that I was getting the lead technician and he would diagnosis it correctly. That brought me so much comfort. Orval and his assistant came out and they were outstanding! They replaced my burners and fixed my furnace. They were knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. I am so happy the other guy referred me to you guys. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know that has heating or cooling issues. I am glad I now have a great company that I can depend on for these services. I about replaced a furnace that didn't need replaced because of the other company's diagnosis.
