BCS came out to give me another opinion on my furnace after I was left unimpressed by some other providers here in town. The entire system was assessed from the filter to the exhaust, all the values and specs were shown to me directly, the service manager himself came out to make sure my assessment was as thorough as it could be. I was shown the problems I had and shown the actual manual to verify everything that I was being told. The issues with my system were laid out specifically and I wasn’t hard sold on anything I didn’t need. We discussed the always murky “preventative maintenance” parts and I was left assured that my system was working well and in spec, and that nothing I didn’t need was pushed on me using scare tactics or what ifs. I also was left feeling good that if next year something does in fact look like it’s ready to fail, I can trust that it in fact is and I’m being given the best advice.
