I called Kevin at 4:20 p.m. on a very hot day when another company backed out of our appointment. Kevin called back almost immediately and said he would come out later that evening. He was here in about an hour and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes. He was on time, quick, very reasonably priced, and willing to come out after 5:00 no extra charges. A very decent fellow. I actually gave him a tip for his efforts because I thought he was so fair about price. ( I NEVER do that!) I will call on his company from now on!

Kevin is not only knowledgeable about the details of HVAC systems and the companies that make them but, he's enthusiastic about solving problems. Repaired an air conditioning system for a residential customer. They had noticed that their house was not cooling properly. Upon inspection I saw that the evaporator coil was damaged. The coil was replaced and the system was ran to check that it was operating correctly again.
