Bayside Heating and Cooling responded promptly and was able to come out the same day for an AC unit at a rental home. Our tenant said Kevin was very professional and friendly. Heat is on, when thermostat gets to temp that needs to turn on, cold air comes out of vents and outside unit is not coming on at all. Trane high efficiency heat pump. HVAC repair. Refrigerant charge maintenance.

Repaired a client's HVAC system that had stopped functioning. After inspecting the system I found that the circuit board was the source of the problem. I replaced the sensors on the circuits so the system could functioning properly again. Ran the system to make sure it was operating correctly, before leaving.
