On 13 May 19, Belair Engineering personnel came to pick up the old water heater that they had replaced on 10 May 19. The installation was satisfactory; however, during removal of the old water heater, the Belair Engineering personnel damaged my walls, two doors, and screen door. The water heater should have been strapped down and covered with bubble wrap to prevent any damage to my property. I called Belair Engineering's management (Don) to register my complaint; I also forwarded 7 photos showing damages via my cell phone; I also had to tell the installer to clean up after completing his work. Suggestions: Use straps on cart/bubble wrap.

Belair provided my gas fireplace fall check once again, and again I was very pleased with the service that the technician John S. provided. When he knew that he would be unable to arrive at my home during the promised window (8AM-1PM) he called to let me know that he was running a little behind schedule and would be here by 1:30P; so that if I had anything else to do before he arrived, I could. I thought this was very considerate of him and of my time. He did arrive at 1:30P , introduced himself and got to work. He did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my gas fireplace. I have been a customer of Belair for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service. I hope to continue our relationship and recommend them to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.
