Fred was out and gave me a full education on what was happening at our residential group home . We have an excessive heat loss due to non insulated walls and an undersized circulator . He explained the house currently is shy 15000 btu's on our first floor . Before adding 40ft of baseboard and thus needing a larger boiler to accommodate that we will get estimates on insulating and then increasing the circulator size . he did tweak the boiler to hopefully help in the interim.
